We serve a selection of cocktails together with our own homemade syrups (ginger, rosemary, natural) in addition to a classic cocktail menu. We have selected a unique menu of organic Moroccan sulfate-free wine from the region of Val D’Argan (Essaouira).
The Lodge is mainly booked for it’s guests. Our restaurant serves a set menu every day depending on the products of the market, The kitchen is partly supplied with fresh products from our garden. We select the best meat, poultry and fish. We ask our Guests their preferences, intolerances or allergies to meet their expectations. Our team consists of 4 people including 2 chefs. The menu is mainly Moroccan, but also Mediterranean.
